Arirang Galbi Dongducheon Bonjeom 아리랑갈비 동두천본점

Arirang Galbi Dongducheon Bonjeom is a charcoal galbi restaurant at 36 Pyeonghwa-ro 2261beon-gil in Dongducheon, Gyeonggi-do. It has been designated a Gyeonggi Top Restaurant and operates three neighboring halls named Arirang One, Arirang Two, and the Arirang New Building. The buildings divide the business into standard table seating, private rooms, and banquet areas, with combined capacity for more than 500 people. Event rooms contain a projector, microphones, and speakers for meals accompanied by video or amplified sound. The meat menu includes marinated pork galbi, Hanwoo kkotdeungsim, fresh beef galbi, and LA galbi cooked over charcoal. Beef, pork, duck, samgyeopsal, and bulgogi add other cuts and cooking formats. Marinated pork galbi uses broad pieces of pork softened in seasoning and browned on both sides over the grate. Hanwoo kkotdeungsim is a thicker, unseasoned cut with visible fat marbling, so its shape and preparation differ from the marinated ribs. Staff assigned to the tables monitor the grill, turn the meat, and cut it into pieces after browning. Small dishes include kimchi, japchae, marinated crab, and seasoned vegetables in separate bowls. Ginger is pronounced in the crab seasoning, while doenjang jjigae contains solid ingredients in fermented soybean broth. Mul-naengmyeon places noodles in a cold, lightly sweet broth. Bibim-naengmyeon coats the noodles in red seasoning and arrives in a separate bowl without the same volume of broth. Galbitang, stone-pot rice, and cold noodles form the meal section apart from the grilled meat, and another set places bulgogi and stone-pot rice on the same table. The three halls continue along the same lane with vehicle space between them. Large open rooms and rooms with doors allow the same charcoal meat and side-dish setting to be served in different seating formats.
