Yeongdong Milmyeon and Pork Gukbap 영동밀면&돼지국밥

Across from Busan Station in Choryang-dong, cold milmyeon and hot pork gukbap share one menu, so a group can split chilled noodles and steaming soup before or after a train. Mul-milmyeon, wheat noodles in icy broth, comes topped with boiled pork, egg, cucumber and pickled radish, and it tastes quite different once the chili paste is stirred in. Bibim-milmyeon swaps the broth for a thin red sauce and sesame, with thick slices of pork. Dwaeji-gukbap uses a milky bone broth. This alley shop is separate from the branch inside the station building.
