The menu places Busan's cold wheat noodles and hot pork soup in the same dining room, allowing companions to choose very different temperatures without splitting into separate restaurants. Mul milmyeon starts with chewy wheat noodles in chilled broth and adds slices of boiled pork, half an egg, cucumber, pickled radish, and a mound of seasoning. Before the seasoning is fully dispersed, the broth and toppings remain more distinct; after mixing, the bowl becomes progressively spicy and tangy. Bibim milmyeon reduces the amount of liquid and coats the noodles in a thinner red sauce with sesame, topped with thick pork and egg. Mul milmyeon emphasizes the volume and cooling effect of broth, whereas bibim milmyeon keeps the sweet-spicy seasoning close to the surface of every strand. Handmade dumplings bring a soft wrapper and meat filling beside either noodle bowl. Pork gukbap uses a pale, bone-based broth with pieces of pork. Sundae gukbap adds the springy casing and filling of Korean blood sausage to that warm soup format. A mixed table might place mul milmyeon beside pork gukbap, moving between cold acidity and hot, nutty bone broth.
