Twin Tree is a large-scale brunch cafe on the banks of the Han River in Namyangju, Gyeonggi Province. The name derives from two protected zelkova trees, each over 250 years old, standing side by side at the entrance. The site itself carries historical significance as the former location of Suseok-ri Earthen Fortress, a Baekje military post from the Three Kingdoms period. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the second floor frame a wide-open view of the Han River, and the sunset light reflecting off the water in the evening is particularly striking. After dark, the night view stretching between Misa Bridge and Gangdong Bridge adds another visual dimension. The souffle pancake requires approximately twenty minutes after ordering, but its impossibly fluffy texture paired with banana and maple syrup has established it as the signature dish. The baguette pasta features a split baguette generously topped with cream sauce, and as the bread absorbs the sauce, each bite delivers concentrated flavor. A set menu including arugula galette also receives positive reviews for its composition. The property offers a main building, an annex, outdoor terrace, courtyard, pavilion, and glamping-style seating, providing flexible options for couples, families, and larger groups. The annex contains private rooms and a group room that permits pets, though dogs are not allowed in the main building and must use the annex or outdoor areas.
