Each floor of this converted red-brick building feels different: a bakery counter downstairs, a gallery space on the second floor, and floor seating with beanbags on the third, plus a rooftop terrace. Everything is baked in-house and kept only lightly sweet, from the salt bread (crisp shell, buttery soft center) to the Cherry Foret Noire, a Black Forest cake. Coffee is strong, with more than one bean to choose from. Prices sit on the high side, and the first hour of parking is free.
