Siingwa Nongbu 시인과 농부

No coffee is served at this old tea room in Suwon. The menu sticks to gamju (a sweet rice drink), omija tea and sujeonggwa (cinnamon and ginger punch), and every drink arrives with potatoes the owner boils in house. Gamju comes in a wide bowl, and the softened rice grains are spooned up with the drink, while omija tea leans sour rather than sweet. Cards are not accepted, only cash or bank transfer.
