Le Blanc 러블랑

Le Blanc is a three-story bakery cafe on the coast of Songra-myeon in northern Pohang, serving bread, cakes, and drip coffee beside the East Sea. The building entrance is on the second floor. A door on the first floor leads directly toward the beach, while the third floor functions as an open terrace exposed to sea air and wind. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the horizon and waves from the interior. A certified master baker produces a broad display of breads and cakes. Cakes combine cream, fruit, sponge layers, and decoration in a plated sweet. The bread range covers meal loaves, laminated pastries, and filled sweet bread. Selecting one soft loaf, one crisp layered pastry, and one cream-filled item gives a group different textures rather than several similar sweets. Ethiopian Momora iced drip coffee has a cool, clean extraction that leaves bean aroma and acidity after bread rich in cream or butter. The whale-shaped logo connects the bakery packaging with the coastal setting. After selecting bread and drinks near the entrance level, diners can choose the first-floor windows or third-floor terrace according to the desired distance from the water and exposure to weather. The first-floor door creates a route from coffee directly to the shoreline. The terrace brings outside temperature and wind into the stay, while an interior window seat reduces weather exposure and still holds the horizon in view. The building contains many seats, but those directly facing the water are a limited subset and differ from the inner tables. Vehicle space is divided between two areas reached from the coastal road. A short visit can remain focused on carrying bread and coffee away. A longer stay combines cake, iced drip coffee, changing views from each floor, and a walk by the sea. The main choice is therefore not only which pastry to order, but whether the cafe is used as a bakery stop, an indoor ocean-view seat, or a route onto the coast.
