Pamir sits high on the Gubongsan cafe street, so floor-to-ceiling windows, a rooftop and an outdoor terrace look down over Chuncheon and Uiam Lake, turning to city lights after dark. Dakgalbi pie stuffs pastry with a sweet-spicy filling based on Chuncheon's stir-fried chicken, and salt bread and croissants are baked on site daily.
