A Korean-style motsunabe, offal hot pot simmered at the table, anchors the evening at this izakaya by the Gyeongui Line Forest Path, alongside the kaisen hanpan seafood platter. Futomaki, thick sushi rolls, come neatly cut and get shared around the hot pot. Lunch works without alcohol, with kaisen-don topped with seasonal seafood, steak rice bowls and soba. The uni pasta carries a clear sea-urchin aroma, though the amount of uni itself is modest. Inner tables sit away from street noise. Waits are common at most hours and reservations are taken, but private rooms cannot be booked separately.
