Schweinshaxe takes close to 30 minutes after ordering, long enough to get a draft beer first and drink it while you wait. One wall is styled as a German street and the other as a street in Prague, and the kitchen also turns out German dishes such as currywurst. The outdoor pool becomes a splash park in summer and a sled slope in winter, with separate charges for entry and for renting a raised platform. On weekends there is live violin and piano indoors.
