When the coffee arrives, a barista walks you through its origin, processing and flavor, in English as well as Korean. Sometimes a small cup of a different coffee comes alongside for comparison. Green beans are sorted, hand-picked and roasted on site, and with beans like Panama Esmeralda Geisha, Jamaica Blue Mountain No.1 and Yemen Mocha Mattari on the list, cups are not cheap. Outside coffee, there is a Jeju matcha latte served iced only and a chewy matcha cookie.
