Single-origin beans are roasted in house in Gongneung-dong, and two blends anchor the bar: Moxie, heavy and nutty, which works in a flat white, and Scarlet, with a gentle acidity suited to an Americano. Regulars come back for the carefully brewed filter coffee, and drip bags are sometimes discounted. The Hibi latte is the signature, salty-sweet with an orange note. Baked goods hold their own, from vanilla canele to lemon cream cheese cookies and salted caramel financiers. Dogs are welcome inside.
