The design uses clean straight lines rather than ornamental complexity, naturally directing the eye toward the sea, and the construction finish quality is exceptionally high. The third-floor cinema-view space is the centerpiece - two stories combined into a single theater-style stepped seating area with an entire glass wall revealing nothing but the East Sea. Visiting at sunset transforms this space into something truly cinematic, as the changing light paints the ocean in shifting hues. Each floor offers a distinct atmosphere, and exploring the building to discover hidden photo spots is part of the fun. The rooftop terrace with its yellow parasols provides another pleasant setting for coffee. Prices for coffee and bakery items are reasonable by ocean-view cafe standards. There is no elevator, so reaching the third floor requires climbing stairs. The third floor operates as a no-kids zone, and the only restroom is located on the second floor.
