Arrangement is a three-story bakery cafe facing the East Sea on the coastal road in Heunghae-eup, Buk-gu, Pohang. Across from Sabang Memorial Park, its stepped building opens a broader ocean sightline at each higher level. Large windows on every floor pull the horizon and shoreline into the interior, while the rooftop connected to the third floor removes the glass boundary and reveals the height difference among the sea, road, and neighboring park. Window counters, interior long tables, and sofa-style seats occupy separate zones. An elevator and stairs link all three floors vertically, allowing the bakery counter to remain below while larger viewing areas spread upward. The bread display includes garlic bread, regular sausage pastry, spicy sausage pastry, and several cakes. Garlic bread is split so garlic butter penetrates the crumb during baking. Sausage pastry wraps a resilient sausage in thin laminated dough, leaving a flaky exterior around a springier center. The regular version emphasizes sausage, butter, and baked dough, while the spicy one adds red seasoning. Drinks or desserts built with Lotus biscuits combine caramelized spice notes, cream, and finely crushed cookie texture. Americano carries roasted nuttiness, light acidity, and darker bitter notes in the same cup. Hand-drip coffee is filtered one serving at a time and keeps the selected bean separate from the espresso menu. The retail bean list identifies origin and variety for individual lots, including coffees sold as single origin. The ordering counter and long bakery case are concentrated on the first floor. After collecting drinks and bread, customers move toward the broad windows on the upper levels, where the sea remains visible beyond the table rather than behind the service line. Plates keep flaky bread, cream-based sweets, and coffee separate, making it possible to alternate buttery pastry with black coffee without softening the entire baked item at once.
