The house-invented Chop Chop noodles toss thick, udon-like rice noodles in a dense, spicy sauce that tastes of peanut butter and rose sauce, with plenty of plump shrimp and onion, and the first bite splits opinion. The beef pepper fried rice carries a strong wok-smoke flavor that sits well beside the noodles. The room is small, on the second floor near Euljiro 3-ga Station.
