Brunch starts early in the morning, but right after opening the counter holds only two or so kinds of bread, and the rest come out of the oven one batch at a time. The salt bread is crackly outside and unusually chewy inside, and it is listed among the best sellers with the crème brûlée and the roasted chestnut pie. Seating is spread across private rooms, terraces, a separate hall and outdoor tables in a large building on high ground in Tanhyeon-myeon, and even when the lot is full it rarely feels crowded. A screen golf venue shares the building, so golfers mix in with the cafe crowd.
