A large wood-fired oven anchors the basement bakery near Anguk Station and Bukchon Hanok Village. The Asheville Palette lays oven-baked ciabatta and several house spreads across one board like a painter's palette, letting each chewy piece take a different spread. Inside, the look is clean and modern in contrast to Bukchon's hanok lanes, and the room stays fairly quiet for resting or working alone. The unusual layout also gets rented out for pop-up stores, exhibitions and video shoots.
