Yucheon Makguksu Main Branch 유천막국수

High-buckwheat Pyeongchang noodles and a long-kept seed soy sauce have gone into this shop's makguksu since 1983. Mul makguksu, in a cold, lightly seasoned broth, shows the grain best when the first bite is taken plain. The buckwheat noodles break off with a rustic softness. Pheasant dumplings come steamed or in hot soup.
