Yakitori Naruto 야키토리 나루토

A skewer course of three, five or seven pieces is compulsory at the start, and extra skewers can be ordered afterward. The course includes the 59-second tsukune, a chicken meatball that bursts with juice at the first bite, while shrimp wrapped in pork belly, cartilage and skin are each grilled to their own doneness. Mackerel pot rice, mild and nutty, is the dish children tend to finish. Staff explain each cut, pace the skewers to the table and will ease off the salt on request. A separate room takes larger groups.
