Sugachae Kongnamul-gukbap 숙아채 콩나물국밥

The kongnamul gukbap comes with the rice already in the earthenware bowl rather than on the side. The clear stock is simmered from more than ten ingredients, including anchovy, kelp and radish, and topped with egg and sliced scallion. The mung bean pancake on the side is fried crisp on the outside and left moist inside.
