Sinsan-ri Maeul Cafe 신산리 마을카페

The name says village cafe, but this is a place for sea snail noodles and porridge. It sits at the midpoint stamp stop of Jeju Olle Trail Course 3, right on the water, and walkers and cyclists come in for breakfast. The bomal kalguksu noodles, made with a patented method, are chewy, and there is a spicy shrimp kalguksu for anyone who wants heat. Galchi juk, hairtail porridge, is also on the menu, and the carrot-leaf and squid pancake comes out crisp.
