Seogwipian Bakery 서귀피안 베이커리

Seogwipian Bakery is a three-story bakery cafe near Sinyang Seopjikoji Beach in Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo, Jeju, serving bread, sandwiches, desserts, and coffee. Wide glass walls face the sea on each level. Lower tables sit close to the windows and higher seats are arranged farther inside, preserving a line of sight toward the beach and horizon from more than the front row. Green walls and wooden furniture add warm color within broad floors and high ceilings. Different seating arrangements divide solo places from larger tables where several breads can be opened and shared. The garlic bagel has a firm, crisp exterior that gives way to chewy dough and garlic cream cheese. A matcha croissant combines laminated buttery layers with the bitterness of tea, while salt bread emphasizes a lightly salty surface and soft center. Strawberry croissants, Udo peanut croissants, kaya-jam an-butter baguettes, and cookies-and-cream buns apply fruit, nuts, jam, bean paste, butter, or cream to different bread structures. Sandwiches provide a more meal-like option than the sweet display. Two diners can divide one garlic bagel and one croissant to compare resilient dough with thin, brittle layers.
