The complex houses a botanical-themed cafe, a Korean buffet restaurant, a local food market, and a seedling nursery all under one roof. The cafe interior is filled with live plants, creating the impression of dining inside a greenhouse or botanical garden. Many of the plants are available for purchase, adding an element of browsing pleasure. The second-floor terrace offers views over the manicured garden below, providing a relaxed setting for drinks. Coffee is priced remarkably low at around 3,000 won per cup, though the fermented tea selections tend to receive stronger reviews than the standard coffee offerings. The second floor also operates a Korean home-style buffet where diners can enjoy namul side dishes and traditional fare at affordable prices. The ground-floor local food market sells fresh vegetables and dried goods sourced directly from regional farming cooperatives at below-market prices, with the Korean rice crackers being a particularly popular find among visitors. Outdoors, a playground equipped with sand pits, slides, swings, seesaws, and a zip line, along with hiking trails, makes this an ideal destination for families with children. Many visitors bring picnic mats and camping chairs for extended stays.
