Mong Jjamppong Gyeongsan 몽짬뽕 경산점

The menu lists exactly three things: jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and gun-mandu (fried dumplings). The jjamppong broth is thick, loaded with wok-smoked pork, seafood and vegetables, and milder than its red color suggests. Rice refills are unlimited: the last of the broth gets rice stirred in, and so does the black-bean sauce. The gyoza-shaped dumplings arrive crisp. It is also a morning-after stop for people nursing a hangover.
