Modern Dombe 모던돔베

Buckwheat noodles made in-house come topped with charcoal-grilled pork belly at this shop on the 1100 road. Memil gogi-guksu serves them in broth, while bibim gogi-guksu tosses the same noodles in sauce. There are also goldong-myeon noodles dressed with perilla oil and Modern Dombe pork, sliced boiled pork served on a board in Jeju style, for sharing. The noodle set adds dombe pork and a potato side.
