Matsomun Ori Bulgogi 맛소문오리불고기

Duck aged at low temperature in house-made gochujang sauce is grilled on the griddle with chives and mushrooms. The sauce on the saeng ori bulgogi is more sweet than hot, and the leftover sauce becomes gim-garu bokkeumbap once rice and crumbled dried seaweed are fried in it. Duck baeksuk, a herbal duck soup, simmers for about two hours and has to be booked at least two hours ahead.
