Exposed rafters from the old house sit above wide glass windows that let in plenty of daylight. Two house blends anchor the menu, 317 for fruit and acidity and 421 for a nutty, heavier cup, while the signature drinks are the Cream Black and Cream White. The brick seats have no backs, which makes long stays uncomfortable, and weekends get crowded. This Yeonnam shop is the one that made the Pyeongtaek-born roaster widely known.
