Cafe Yoon is a large bakery cafe facing the sea from Gijanghaean-ro in Gijang-gun, Busan. Seating extends from the first through the third floor, and each level changes the height and angle from which the coast is seen. The outdoor terrace removes the glass and brings the sightline closer to the shore, creating photographs in which the seating can appear almost level with the sea. Structural elements inside leave much of the ocean-facing side open, so the blue water remains the visual center even from tables set farther back.
