Kongsupener tastes like misutgaru, a roasted grain powder, mixed with cream, and the almond cream latte is a regular latte under a cap of almond cream. This Anmok Beach cafe has no front door at all, letting the sea breeze blow straight in, and the third floor looks out over the water more widely than the second.
