On one visit, strawberry tart met a berry-forward coffee, a strawberry fraisier a floral, wine-like cup, and a milk mousse a darker coffee with chocolate and nut notes. The Mont Blanc keeps sugar low so the chestnut comes through. Weekend afternoon waits can pass an hour. Desserts change with the seasons; coffee is drip only, served without ice, with a second pour in a separate vessel.
