The second floor serves as the primary area for observing the ocean regardless of the weather outside. A rooftop on the third floor houses a glass staircase known as the "stairway to heaven," a popular spot for photography. This outdoor area remains closed during rainy weather, and high temperatures or insects can be factors during the summer months. The selection of baked goods includes regional specialties like potato bread and sweet potato bread. When visiting late in the day, the texture of the bread may be firmer than usual. As the coffee serves as an accompaniment to the pastries, many choose to pair them together. The Jerry cream cheese mousse consists of a white chocolate base rather than traditional cheesecake. Inside the facility, an elevator facilitates movement between levels. While the parking lot provides significant space, it often reaches capacity during peak tourist seasons.
