Eumseong Nongjang 음성농장

The Eumseong hanpan puts galmaegisal, gabrisal and moktteolmisal on one plate, so three parts of the same pig can be grilled side by side. Galmaegisal sits around the diaphragm, gabrisal between the neck and loin, and moktteolmisal runs from the neck toward the shoulder; the plate comes in 600g, 800g or 1kg. It is not only pork, either: hanu yukhoe, thin-sliced raw hanu, beef makchang and chuck flap are on the menu too.
