Three sisters run the dairy, and the milk comes from their own pastured cows; it shows most clearly in the milkshake, rich and nutty without turning heavy. Yogurts come in green tangerine, whole blueberry and unsweetened, plus a Greek yogurt bowl with granola. Cheese is no longer sold. From the second floor of the milk-carton-shaped building, Seongsan Ilchulbong and Udo spread out in the distance, and spotted calves stand in the pasture out front. Milk-feeding sessions with the cows run at set times and are booked on site.
