Seating runs from the basement to the second floor in an irregular layout, so it pays to claim a spot first. The signature perilla shrimp pasta uses a basil and perilla-leaf pesto, and the burrata prosciutto sandwich comes on toasted bread with a sweet-tart salad. Lemon and grapefruit ades are made from house-made fruit syrup. Candles come on in the evening. Service is self-serve: carry your tray to your seat and return the dishes yourself, which means stairs if you sit upstairs.
