Crisp toast spread with kaya jam, two soft-boiled eggs and a splash of soy sauce for dipping make up the Singapore-style breakfast in the kaya toast set. The iced version of teh tarik, Singapore's pulled milk tea, comes strong and is best sipped slowly as the ice melts. Kopi-C is a dense coffee with barely any milk flavor. One of the owners is from Singapore and walks guests through the menu, and orders go through a kiosk.
