Fermentation tanks on the ground floor make makgeolli on site, the bar upstairs pours fresh brews and cocktails, and the top floor shows Korean royal crafts. Chunpoong Miju, a glutinous-rice takju built up over four additions, aims for ripe-fruit and vanilla-like sweetness with light acidity and bitterness.
