Cheongmok Sinsin Jjamppong is a Chinese-Korean restaurant in Uljin-eup, Gyeongbuk, with wok-fired jjamppong as the centerpiece. The chadol-jjamppong arrives topped with sliced beef brisket in a rich broth that is flavorful without being excessively spicy. The rose-chadol-jjamppong offers a unique crossover between jjamppong and pasta, combining creamy and spicy elements, while the gul-jjamppong (oyster jjamppong) is packed with fresh seafood. The house tradition involves finishing the noodles and then spooning complimentary rice from the self-service bar into the remaining broth, ensuring not a drop goes to waste.
