Floor-to-ceiling glass looks down on the Han River and the Yeouido skyline, and the rooftop, set up like a campsite, brings the river closer. Weekends bring long waits, and parking exists but spaces are few. Desserts are made in-house, led by canelé: crisp outside, moist and chewy within, in original, chocolate, matcha, injeolmi and churro flavors, with a ten-piece gift box. Custard-topped scones and Basque cheesecake sit beside them, and the signature Blurr drink and strawberry latte cover the drinks side.
