Vegetus 베제투스

No meat, dairy, eggs or honey appear anywhere on the menu at Vegetus in Yongsan; grains, beans, vegetables and nuts do all the work. The Vegetus burger's patty is pressed from brown rice, lentils, oats and chopped vegetables, then stacked with grilled eggplant, sauteed mushrooms and a walnut-cilantro sauce. The burrito bowl puts lentils, salsa, cashew cheese sauce and nacho chips over turmeric rice. Other dishes swap in plant ingredients for familiar ones: dried tofu replaces pasta sheets in the lasagna, and coconut stands in for parmesan and bacon. Falafel and house-made fries work as sides.
