Toga 토가

Toga is a tofu restaurant along Haeannam-ro at 566-1 Heungwang-ri, Hwado-myeon, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon. It occupies a renovated traditional hanok with the rustic, cozy atmosphere of a countryside home. The signature sundubu-saeujeot-jjigae is soft-tofu stew seasoned with salted shrimp, a specialty of Ganghwa Island. Its broth is clear and white rather than red, while cheongyang chili peppers add a sharp, refreshing heat. Other soups include tofu and pork hot pot and the restaurant's soybean-paste stew. Chive pancakes and buckwheat crepes filled and rolled before cooking are also available. A spacious dedicated parking lot fills the front yard. Weekends can bring an entry wait.
