Taeseongjip 태성집 (태성사골탕)

On a residential alley in Jangwi-dong, an old house now grills Korean beef over charcoal, and the meal closes with milky sagol-tang, beef bone soup. Thinly sliced tongue gets a quick sear before being topped with raw shredded scallion, and radish salad and cold dongchimi, a radish water kimchi, break up the fattier cuts.
