The Siyu einspanner tops cold brew with cream salted with Himalayan pink salt, and each sip passes through that salty layer before the coffee. For a meal, pastas include shrimp in oil with bisque sauce and green kkwari peppers, porcini cream with truffle oil, and a white ragu slow-cooked from beef and pork. The standalone building near Taehaksan Recreational Forest stacks several floors of seating with a rooftop on top.
