Sushi Hon 스시혼

Sushi Hon is a neighborhood sushi restaurant at 8 Dobong-ro 110-gil in Chang-dong, Dobong-gu, Seoul, serving special assorted sushi, standard assortments, premium assortments, and rolls. Near Ssangmun Station, the bright room combines counter seats for solo diners with standard tables for groups. The three assorted formats change the number and range of pieces, moving through white fish, salmon, tuna, shrimp, and cooked toppings on one plate. Beginning with mild white fish and placing fattier salmon or tuna later keeps the early pieces clear. Sauced or cooked items can follow at the end so they do not mask the simpler fish. Special and premium platters increase variety and quantity for a meal centered on comparing fish. A standard assortment leaves more room for accompanying noodles. A sushi-and-udon set inserts hot broth and thick noodles between chilled seafood. The cold-buckwheat set maintains a lower temperature through memil noodles and dipping liquid. Salmon roll wraps soft fish fat and rice in seaweed, while California roll layers several fillings inside one slice, producing a different eating order from nigiri. Salad and soup arrive before the main plate, establishing raw vegetables and warm liquid.
