An upright piano and retro props fill this small cafe in a converted old house near the Sapgyo gopchang (grilled intestine) alley. The handmade patbingsu (shaved ice with red bean) is far less sugary than the commercial kind, and the dessert case leans the same way, with a low-sugar kabocha cake and a flour-free cake. The grain latte, by contrast, is sweet and heavy.
