Samjin Eomuk's Yeongdo flagship at 36 Taejong-ro 99beon-gil in Busan combines a fish-cake shop, history display, and workshop. The first floor sells fish cakes for takeaway. The second presents the brand's history, a miniature of older production, and reservation-based experiences. It is more fish-cake bakery and activity site than conventional restaurant. Yeongdo-only items include handmade balls with minari and galbi, corn-cheese fish cake, spicy cheese-galbi balls, and grilled fish cake with flying-fish roe. A breadless ham-and-cheese toast uses fish cake instead of bread. Snacks include japchae and perilla rolls, stuffed green chili, whole-shrimp rolls, perilla half-moons, and shrimp croquettes. The hot-broth counter has cheese or spicy assorted skewers, rice-cake skewers, vegetable squares, and folded fish cake. A cafeteria and microwave allow immediate eating. The workshop has a separate schedule and requires advance reservations. The flagship parking lot is small. When full, drivers use nearby paid facilities without reimbursement.
