Samgakji Silbijip 삼각지실비집

Samgakji Silbijip is a Korean pocha-style food pub on the first floor of 165 Hangang-daero in Yongsan, Seoul, close to a Samgakji Station exit. Silbikase gathers several seasonal drinking dishes selected by the kitchen on one table. The half and full versions differ in party size, quantity, and number of plates. A spread may include steamed cabbage, boiled pork, oyster pancake, meat patties, assorted seafood, and yukhoe. Cooked vegetables, boiled pork, griddled oyster and meat, raw seafood, and raw beef arrive together for small portions with alcohol. Fish species and seafood plates shift with season and supply. The half spread fits two diners who want several small dishes. The full spread increases the table for roughly three or four people. Semi-dried cuttlefish from Gunsan emphasizes firm chew and roasted aroma in a separate snack. Assorted seafood keeps the plate cold. Whole squid with tofu duruchigi cooks squid and tofu in spicy seasoning. Boiled pork provides a plain cooked-meat plate. A table seeking one specific preparation instead of the full spread can select among these individual dishes. The room retains the frame of an old street stall and a green vintage exterior, fitting an evening drinking meal, work gathering, or second stop. Reservations, takeaway, delivery, and paid corkage are available. There is no private parking lot, so access is by subway or nearby public and commercial parking. Two sizes of seasonal Silbikase, six cooking styles, firm cuttlefish, spicy squid and tofu, boiled pork, and alcohol form the menu structure.
