Red shrimp bisque pasta coats the noodles in a stock made from shrimp shells and heads, then tops them with whole large red shrimp. The chicken saffron paella, rice steeped in saffron, is meant for sharing alongside it, and grilled cuttlefish or pulpo (Spanish-style octopus) fills out the seafood. Elotitos, fried corn bites, are easy to pick at while the paella cooks. Seating splits into window tables, sofas, a bar, and a separate open section, all near a tidy open kitchen. At dinner every adult must order a drink (non-alcoholic wine counts), and minors are admitted only as children accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
