Padong 파동

Padong is a Japanese restaurant on basement level one at 47 World Cup-ro 17-gil, corresponding to lot 57-94 in Mangwon-dong, Seoul. Near Mangwon Station, it covers futomaki, soba, rice bowls, and hot pots for both lunch and evening drinks. Thick futomaki combines rice and several fillings in each slice. Basil soba connects herbal aroma with Japanese noodles, while mazesoba is mixed thoroughly with seasoning and toppings without broth. Diners can therefore choose between a fresher herb-led profile and a denser mixed sauce. Kimchi cheese nabe softens fermented cabbage's heat and acidity with cheese and is easy to share beside sushi or rice. Steak and salmon bowls offer meat or fish over rice as a complete dish. Seasonal choices include chilled buckwheat noodles and shrimp tempura udon, covering cold noodles and warm soup according to weather. Karaage and fried shrimp add crisp sides.
