The Abai sundae made in-house is thicker and denser than glass-noodle sausage, so each slice is a real mouthful. Abai sundaeguk serves it in hot broth, while the jeongsik bowl puts boiled pork and Abai sundae on a separate plate, letting you compare them dry and soaked. The broth looks fairly clear yet carries a nutty depth from pork and bones without a strong porky smell. Other bowls narrow the contents to intestines, head meat or sausage alone. Rice is cooked with black rice and millet, and the shop is within walking distance of Mullae Station.
