Three house-made sausages decide the order: a pork Austrian-style wiener, a lamb merguez with its gamey edge, and a spicy Spanish chorizo, each sold on its own or in a hot dog. The merguez comes in a version topped with coriander butter, and draft beer or soda is the usual pairing. The shop is small, around 33 square meters, tucked into an alley near Samgakji Station, and there is no parking.
