Roughly one hundred Korean drinks are poured by the glass rather than the bottle: makgeolli, clear yakju and cheongju, fruit wines and distilled spirits. That format invites side-by-side tasting, a cloudy makgeolli next to a clear brew, or three glasses from one style. Moving from light, low-alcohol pours toward aromatic distilled spirits keeps one glass's sweetness from masking the next, and water in between helps. The bar is on the ground floor along Noksapyeong-daero, a walk from a Line 6 subway station, and pets are welcome. Food is snack-sized, such as crispy beef jerky to pick at between glasses.
